A new way to get there.
As consumer design lead, I shaped the rider experience across apps, in-car interfaces, and hardware for the Bolt and Cruise Origin. I also explored new vehicle concepts and built tools to accelerate engineering.
Ridehail redesign
I initiated a north-star vision for the ridehail service, leading to a full redesign of the mobile app and in-car tablets.

How do people stay in control of a personal vehicle without a steering wheel? As the sole designer on a CTO task force, I designed a command-center tablet for entertainment and manual driving controls, making the concept tangible in a custom vehicle prototype for GM leadership.
2023Origin
With no driver and an unfamiliar cabin layout, Origin needed to help riders know what to do and where to look. I led the experience across the app and cabin interfaces, using in-vehicle research and prototypes to guide vehicle, firmware, and software development.
